Text About It generates data in the provision of services to texters including your phone number, what you share with us in your conversation, and any information you may share with us in surveys. We aggregate this data to help us provide a better service. We do not know who you are unless you share that information with us.  The data we gather is anonymous, encrypted and is almost always analysed at an aggregated level, meaning it is brought together to provide a bigger picture rather than being linked to any one person or conversation. We also gather data on people’s experience and their demographics when they fill out our post-conversation survey.

WHAT IS THE POST-CONVERSATION SURVEY?

At the end of your conversation with us, you may be asked to fill out a post-conversation survey. This is completely optional, and each texter can answer as many or as few of the questions as they like. Information provided in the post-conversation survey is anonymous, but survey responses can be connected to individual conversations. The survey results help us measure how well we are doing, and how we can improve the Text About It experience.  The post-conversation survey is completed by about 12-15% of texters
